Summary: IDC is a premier global provider of trusted technology intelligence. The Quote To Cash Intern will expand cash forecasting capabilities, develop scalable forecasting models, and collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to improve processes. Responsibilities: - Deliver defined project workstreams end-to-end, from scoping through documentation and handoff - Build analytical models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools using Finance systems(D365, Power BI, CashPro/HSBCnet, Excel) - Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials as applicable to your team - Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes - Present findings and recommendations to mentors and relevant stakeholders - Contribute to ad-hoc Finance projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, ERP systems (e.g., D365), or financial modeling tools is a plus - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets - Intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to question the status quo - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Available to work 30 hours per week with at least 2 days per week in our Boston office Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, Financial modeling, Cash forecasting, Dashboard development, Process documentation, Analytical mindset, Intellectual curiosity, Independence
