Intern - Contract Marketing at ICU Medical in Remote

Summary: ICU Medical is a global market leader in IV therapy and critical care products. The internship is designed to assist the Contract Marketing team with various projects while providing a learning platform in a business setting. Responsibilities: - Assist with contract administration and maintenance activities within contracting systems - Support the preparation and organization of customer agreements, Letters of Agreement (LOAs), and related documentation - Assist with gathering and organizing data for contract reporting and analysis - Support responses to requests from Field Sales and internal business partners - Assist with monitoring contract expirations and maintaining tracking tools - Participate in process improvement and special project activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service - Participate in intern class activities - Work on special projects as assigned Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age - High School Diploma required - Enrolled in an accredited college program - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management and cross functional team members - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize job assignments and tasks - Ability to take work direction as a learning opportunity - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or related field preferred Required Skills: Contract administration, Contract reporting and analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
