Director, Operations - Transportation at i3 Verticals in Remote

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the Transportation Support organization, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery of exceptional customer support across all Transportation products and services. This role manages support personnel, establishes support processes and operational standards, oversees incident escalation and resolution activities, and serves as the primary coordinator between customers, product management, engineering, quality assurance, and executive leadership.
