Human Resources Specialist II Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore @HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions. Responsibilities Support daily HR operations and administrative activities for the Singapore site Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes Prepare employment letters, HR forms, and other employee-related documentation Support payroll processing, leave administration, attendance tracking, and benefits administration Coordinate with employees, managers, vendors, and external parties on HR-related matters Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding arrangements Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communication Prepare HR reports, employee data, and audit-related documentation as required Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects Work closely with HR Manager and Recruiter to support overall HR operations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR coordination Familiar with employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices Experience supporting payroll and attendance administration is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support operational needs Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
