Job Title: Automotive Sales / Desk Manager – High Income Opportunity

The ALL NEW HYUNDAI OF GREENVILLE is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Desk Manager who knows how to structure deals, lead a sales team, and drive performance on a busy showroom floor.

If you are currently a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Finance Manager at a dealership and looking for a better opportunity with strong leadership, real inventory, and serious income potential — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals
• Work directly with sales consultants to close deals and maximize gross
• Manage negotiations, trade values, and payment structures
• Coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Assist with customer escalations and ensure an exceptional buying experience
• Maintain deal flow and coordinate closely with the F&I department

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive dealership management experience required
• Strong knowledge of deal structure and desking
• Proven leadership and closing ability
• High energy and a results-driven mindset
