Responsibilities: - Spend the majority of your time inside Studio, systematically exploring every feature, parameter, and creative workflow to find what produces the most compelling, viral-ready AI content - Develop and test prompt strategies across content types — portraits, lifestyle shots, trending formats, video, and new media capabilities as they ship - Discover powerful feature combinations that produce results greater than the sum of their parts - Build structured, modular prompt templates — reusable formats operators can adopt without needing to understand the underlying craft - Design prompt architectures built to be productized — your best work will inform prompt builders inside Studio itself - Stay obsessively current on what's performing across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube — and translate trends into prompt strategies before competitors catch on - Document and categorize discoveries by use case, content type, difficulty, and expected performance — building a living library of proven strategies - Test and iterate relentlessly — run comparisons between prompt variations, track what works across audience types, and refine based on real content performance data Required Qualifications: - Deep, intuitive understanding of social media content performance — you can look at a piece of content and predict whether it will perform before it's posted - Creative and experimental mindset — you spend hours tweaking variables to find the edges of what a tool can do, then push past them - Systematic thinking — you don't just find one great prompt, you figure out why it works and build a repeatable framework around it - Hands-on experience with AI-generated content — image generation (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or similar), video generation, or other AI creative tools - Strong written communication — you can document a complex prompt strategy clearly enough that someone with no context can follow it and get consistent results - Analytical ability — you design tests, track results, and draw conclusions from data Preferred Qualifications: - programming or scripting experience - background in content creation or social media management - experience with prompt engineering for commercial applications Required Skills: Social media content performance, AI-generated content, Prompt engineering, Image generation, Video generation, Programming, Scripting, Content creation, Social media management, Systematic thinking, Analytical ability, Creative mindset Benefits: Performance bonuses
