As a Marketing Coordinator In-House, you will assist in providing Owners and guests with memorable experiences and events while managing sales presentations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations - Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals - Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services - Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty - Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs - Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly - Contribute to team goals - Always follow company policies and safety procedures Required Qualifications: - Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone - Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends - Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements - Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time Preferred Qualifications: - Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred Required Skills: Sales experience, Customer service experience Important Skills: Concierge experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Persuasive techniques Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunities, Travel discounts, Credit Union Membership, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Counseling & Family Support, Growth and Development Opportunities
