Summary: Hyatt is a global brand that celebrates individuality and empowers everyone to be their best. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in various administrative functions of the HR office, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with greeting all visitors, colleagues, and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office
- Maintenance of incoming calls
- Walk in inquiries
- Special projects
- Coordination of certain colleague relations events
- Maintenance of the office environment including administrative responsibilities
- Assisting with general benefit issues
- Support and assist with the welcoming of new hires
- Maintaining files
- Providing support for the recruiting and employment process
Required Qualifications:
- A current resume is required to be considered
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge is required
- Must be able to project a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design platforms is preferred
- Experience with general social media engagement is a plus
