WE’RE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER – REAL ESTATE & HOLIDAY HOMES | DUBAI

Huzaifa Homes, a growing holiday homes and property management company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the overall business and manage our growing team and property portfolio.

About the Role

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the company, with direct oversight of the Sales Team, Property Managers, Maintenance Team and Operations Support Staff.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive sales, occupancy, collections, operational standards and team performance while ensuring our properties and customers are managed professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations and performance of the company.
• Lead and manage the Sales Manager, Sales Team and Property Managers.
• Set sales targets and ensure the team delivers against revenue, booking and occupancy targets.
• Monitor sales leads, conversions, bookings and overall sales performance.
• Oversee tenant management, collections and customer service across the property portfolio.
• Ensure Property Managers maintain high standards across all assigned properties.
• Monitor property occupancy, availability, pricing and revenue performance.
• Ensure tenant and property information is accurate and properly maintained.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
• Handle escalated customer, tenant and operational issues.
• Establish clear KPIs, processes and accountability across teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with Sales and Property Managers.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide regular business performance, sales, collections and operational reports to the owners/management.
• Recruit, develop and manage team members as the company continues to grow.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Must have strong UAE real estate, holiday homes or property management experience.
• Has previous experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Property Management or similar leadership position.
• Has proven experience managing sales teams and property managers.
• Is commercially focused with a strong understanding of sales, occupancy, revenue and collections.
• Has excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Can establish processes, KPIs and accountability across different teams.
• Is confident handling customers, tenants, property owners and operational escalations.
• Has strong reporting, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Is available for immediate joining.
• Must have own visa.
