Summary: Huntleigh USA is seeking an Airline Passenger Assistant to provide exceptional customer service at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The role involves assisting airline passengers who require support and ensuring a safe and hospitable travel experience. Responsibilities: - Provide a hospitable and safe travel experience for passengers - Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs, and safely transport them throughout the airport - Deliver helpful information and directions as needed - Communicate with dispatch and gate agents for timely assistance - Ensure all TSA screening procedures and safety protocols are followed - Complete reports for any incidents or special circumstances - Maintain accurate wheelchair and trip logs - Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older - Reliable transportation - High school diploma or equivalent - Legally authorized to work in the U.S - Able to pass an FBI background check Preferred Qualifications: - Previous passenger assistance experience a plus (but not required) - Bilingual skills are a plus! - A background in customer service (preferred) - A professional and welcoming demeanor - Excellent communication skills - A natural passion for helping people Required Skills: Customer service Important Skills: Bilingual skills, Passenger assistance experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Professional demeanor, Compassionate service, communication Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Flexible Schedules, Career Growth Opportunities, Insider Knowledge of airport and airline operations
