Commercial Banking Market Leader Location: Farmers Branch, TX Description Summary: The Commercial Region Manager manages the Commercial banking activities for an assigned region. They develop strategies to meet established goals for loan growth, deposit growth, fees, expense management, and overall Commercial regional operating income performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Directs the Commercial business development activities for the region. Oversees the quality of the loan portfolio and compliance with credit policy and regulations. Establishes procedures to ensure credit risk is monitored and is ultimately held accountable for credit risk within the Commercial portfolio of the region. Direct involvement in major relationships, including negotiating and structuring complex transactions and credits. Represents Huntington in the professional marketplace/community through: Involvement with professional network to be visible to subordinates and management. Active participation in Huntington sponsored events. Participation in community events, serving on local boards, demonstrating Huntington support for the local community. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in banking leading or managing a team Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding goals Excellent communication skills Experience leading and motivating large teams Exempt Status: (Yes= not eligible for overtime pay) (No= eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
