Job Description
Summary: Hunter Douglas is the world’s leading manufacturer of window coverings and architectural products. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to provide executional, coordination, and enablement support to Business Development Managers, enhancing sales efficiency and internal alignment while reducing administrative burdens.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily coordination for BDMs, prepare materials and logistics for meetings/trainings/events, execute sales programs, and minimize administrative tasks
- Respond promptly to inquiries, assist with onboarding and documentation, route issues, and communicate consistently without overriding BDM ownership
- Connect Sales with Customer Experience, Operations and Marketing, track resolutions, and share timely information
- Maintain records/tracking, support leadership needs, and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in sales support/operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational/customer-service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Outdoor products/home improvement experience a plus
