Job Description
Summary: Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to provide retirement benefits to all working Americans. They are seeking an experienced RFP Analyst to manage technical documentation and proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance operational efficiency through automation.
Responsibilities:
- Writing & Communication: Strong capability to draft persuasive, professional content and edit technical information into clear, client/partner focused responses
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet strict deadlines
- Technical Proficiency: Google suite, Microsoft excel, Salesforce and various external proposal software
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver seamless partner experiences and identify opportunities for business growth
- Analytical Ability: Strong skills in interpreting RFP requirements and evaluating complex data to create tailored responses and overall proposals
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within internal partners or systems, and provide solutions that align with the project objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in Due Diligence, Sales support, RFP/proposal writing, Partner management and communication, preferably in the fintech, Insurance, Financial Services or SaaS industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Accuracy and formatting abilities are critical
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to proactively engage with internal experts to extract accurate answers for complex questions. Willingness to understand, work autonomously and coordinate timely responses with internal departments and SME's
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques
- Familiarity with external financial service partners and external proposal products while an understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem is a plus
- Meticulous proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with RFP requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines under pressure while empowered to make decisions quickly to ensure completion
- Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can work effectively across departments
- Experience working with broker-dealers or financial services partners, involving financial advisors and prospective new customers
