The IT Development Intern will support application and software development projects, gaining practical experience in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with IT staff to design, develop, and test internal applications, scripts, or automation tools - Participate in coding projects using languages and technologies relevant to the organization (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, etc.) - Contribute to the deployment, documentation, and maintenance of new features or enhancements for business-critical systems - Help ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing quality checks - Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on IT projects - Participate in team meetings and communicate development progress and challenges to IT leadership - Provide support for standard IT tasks and user inquiries as needed - Perform other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, or similar - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy - Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Required Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Software development, Data analytics
