The Field Technician installs and services DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes, educates customers on using their technology, and delivers a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Required Qualifications:
- **Valid Driver's License**: Clean record required
- **Schedule Flexibility**: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
- **Customer Focus**: Build trust and create a great experience
- **Problem-Solving**: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
- **Determination**: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
- **Adaptability**: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
