Summary: Huckberry is a consumer brand focused on men's gear, apparel, and lifestyle products. The Retail Associate will support the company's first permanent brick-and-mortar store in San Francisco by providing personalized customer service, processing transactions, maintaining product presentation and inventory, and assisting with events and promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Assist with store events and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
