• Drive new business revenue: Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees across our portfolio of conferences.
• Own your sales targets: Take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: Work within a fast-paced outbound sales environment, making 60+ calls per day and creating approximately 10 qualified sales opportunities or proposals.
• Own your pipeline: Manage prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close, ensuring opportunities continue to move forward.
• Become an expert: Develop a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can confidently communicate why the right people should be in the room.

Most importantly, you want to sell. You enjoy the chase, the conversation and the feeling of turning an opportunity into a closed deal.

• Drive & ambition: You are highly motivated, competitive and want to be exceptional at what you do.
• Commercial mindset: You are excited by targets, revenue and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings through your performance.
