B2C Marketing Lead at HR Ways in Lahore

Job Description:

Client company introduction:

Our client is a financial data and research company providing insights and technology solutions for Pakistan's financial markets.

Job description:

The Company has multiple B2C products and customers but no marketing function. We're hiring one person to build marketing from scratch. You'll be the only marketer, so you'll set the strategy and run the work yourself, using AI tools to produce what used to need a team. If you want to manage a team or hand work to agencies, this isn't the job.

What you'll do:

• Work out who buys these products and why. Talk to customers and sales, then write positioning and messaging the whole company can use.
• Run paid acquisition on Google and Meta, and on LinkedIn or X if the data supports it.
• You own the budget and report on cost per lead and cost per customer.
• Build and run an AI-assisted content workflow for SEO pages, the newsletter, and social. You set the strategy and edit everything before it goes out, so it stays accurate, on-brand, and compliant.
• Own the website and funnel. Change landing pages and copy, run tests, and fix drop-offs from visitor to signup to paid.
• Set up email and lifecycle marketing for onboarding, trial conversion, and reactivation.
• Build distribution through partnerships with finance creators, newsletters, communities, brokers, and affiliates.
• Own the numbers. Set up tracking once, automate the weekly report, and spend your time on what the data means and what to change.

What we're looking for:

• 2 to 3 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a startup where you worked without a team.
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience, with numbers you can show, such as CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline.
• Strong editorial judgment. You can tell when a draft is generic, wrong, or non-compliant, and fix it fast.
• Daily use of AI tools for copy, research, analysis and automation. We'll ask you to show workflows you built.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, an email platform, a CRM, and a CMS such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Good judgment about priorities. With one person and a limited budget, you'll say no to most ideas.
• Comfort letting the data overrule your instincts.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, investing, trading, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with rules on marketing investment products and what claims you can make.
• Experience with free trials, freemium, or other product-led growth models.
