JOB VACANCY: IT TECHNICIAN

Location: Okpe LGA, Warri, Delta State
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Gross Monthly

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support and manage the organisation’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot computers, software and IT equipment
• Provide technical support to staff, students and management
• Maintain network, internet connectivity and communication systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and system security
• Support printers, scanners, projectors, CCTV and other IT equipment
• Perform system updates, backups and security patches
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation
• Assist with IT projects and implementation of new technologies

Requirements

HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field
3–5 years’ relevant IT experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in network administration and systems maintenance
Good communication skills
Maritime, Marine or Educational Institution experience is an added advantage
IT certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCP are an added advantage
Must be resident in Delta State
