We’re Hiring | Sales Supervisor – Automotive

New Cairo | Work from Office

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support the sales team, monitor daily performance, and help drive strong B2C & B2B sales growth.

Requirements:

• Automotive industry background is a MUST
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales team
• Strong experience in B2C sales, upselling & cross-selling
• Ability to support and develop B2B accounts and partnerships
• Good knowledge of CRM, KPIs & sales reporting
• Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Good command of English
• PPF / Automotive Aftermarket experience is a plus
