Responsibilities

1. Repairs and replaces all leaking faucets and all hardware in restrooms as scheduled.
2. Repairs all broken pipes, underground and above ground. Cuts, bends, threads, and fits pipes with adjoining pipe assemblies. Caulks leaks and opens clogged drains. Installs sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters, and related plumbing fixtures.
3. Conducts back flow testing and gas testing. May make minor repairs to holes in walls where access

to plumbing has been made. Interprets blueprints and works from sketches or verbal instructions. 4. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Inspects completed work to

ensure compliance with warranty and codes. 5. Responds to all emergency plumbing calls. 6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
