Responsibilities

2. Provides technical assistance for Special Education and/or related services for the assigned campuses. Monitors and coordinates the work of teachers of the deaf.
4. Regularly provides process and technical support to itinerant and campus-based personnel responsible for and associated with special education and/or related services.
6. Monitors the collection and analysis of student data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and implementation.
8. Designs and implements ongoing orientation and professional development for new and existing itinerant and campus-based instructional professionals.

10. Provides day-to-day technical oversight and guidance to Special Education personnel
11. including itinerant teachers, audiologists, teaching assistants, teachers of the deaf in the IEP implementation and evaluation of special education and/or related services.
13. Provides facilitation and support for contentious ARDs.
15. Provides instructional support to campuses to implement IEPs.
17. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
