They are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their Digital Value Creation group, where the analyst will provide key insights by leveraging financial, operational, and third-party data. Responsibilities: - Participate in buy-side and sell-side M&A diligence engagements and data-focused engagements - Communicate directly with senior business executives and internal stakeholders - Gather, evaluate, sanitize, and organize datasets - Prepare data workflows to clean and combine data from multiple sources - Prepare data visualizations and dashboards to deliver key insights - Generate insights on the drivers of business growth, profitability, and liquidity - Identify the key business risks and opportunities impacting business valuation - Learn and train peers in the advisory practice on data analysis and visualization tools - Continuously develop industry knowledge and qualifications - Work on multiple assignments simultaneously Required Qualifications: - Major in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar field - Prior experience in either Tableau, Power BI, or both - Prior experience with data cleaning, preparation, aggregation, and analysis of data - Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Prior experience with one or more AI LLM tools—ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini - Strong analytical abilities - Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and a demonstrated ability and desire to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability and willingness to travel when required - Strong academic performance, professional achievement, and history of client service excellence - Experienced Analyst: 1-3 years of professional experience Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in Alteryx, Dataiku, or similar data analytics, prep, or automation tools - 1-3 years of data analytics experience within the field of transaction services, accounting advisory, or similar fields - Prior coursework or other experience in relational database management systems - Experience in, or a working knowledge of, Python, SQL, R, VBA, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform - Experience in Claude Code or OpenAI Codex Required Skills: Financial Due Diligence, Business Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Data cleaning, Data preparation, Data aggregation, Data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AI LLM tools, Alteryx, Dataiku, Relational database management systems, Python, SQL, R, VBA, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform
