• Serve as the central project management lead supporting Horizon Media’s presence at major industry events and marketing initiatives, including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Drive detailed planning and coordination across internal stakeholders including Marketing, Events & Experiences, PR/Communications, Executive Leadership, Partnerships, Creative, Media, and Operations teams.
Build and manage integrated project timelines inclusive of milestones, dependencies, deliverables, vendor coordination, approvals, and critical paths to ensure flawless execution.
Coordinatelogisticsand operational readiness for event activations, executive programming, client hospitality, branded experiences, and onsite team support.
Track progress against timelines and deliverables, proactivelyidentifyingrisks, resolving roadblocks, and communicating status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Support vendor management and external partner coordination including production agencies, venues, sponsorship partners, and experiential vendors.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings,maintaindocumentation, and ensure alignment across teams throughout the planning and execution process.
Develop scalable processes, templates, and workflows to support future industry event planning and large-scale marketing initiatives.
Partner closely with leadership to ensure Horizon Media’s industry presence reflects the company’s brand, culture, and business priorities.
WhatYou’veDone
3–5 years of experience in project management, event marketing, experiential marketing, agency operations, marketing operations, or related roles within a media, advertising, marketing, events, or consulting environment.
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with an ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience supporting large-scale industry conferences, executive events, client hospitality programs, sponsorship activations, or experiential marketing initiatives preferred.
Expertisein project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, highly collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability toanticipateneeds, navigate ambiguity, and execute with precision.
Demonstrated ability to stay on task, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Passion for marketing, media, events, and culture with enthusiasm for supporting Horizon Media’s visibility within the advertising industry.

Salary Range: $1,442.00 to $1,731.00 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
