Job Description
Summary: Honeywell is a global team of thinkers, innovators, dreamers, and doers who make the future. As a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer, you will kickstart your career by optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality while collaborating with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality
- Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field
- Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025- July 2026
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
- Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for using, developing, evaluating and learning about new technologies
- Foundational business acumen and desire to improve your business knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers
