The Future Finance Leaders Program offers top Finance or Accounting students a challenging internship with exposure to multiple industries and finance jobs. Responsibilities: - Participate in our world class Internship Program where you’ll work through important projects and experience corporate finance at Honeywell - Be invited to our intern event series (to learn about Honeywell, Finance / Accounting and business) - Social activities - Present what you accomplished during your internship to senior finance leadership - Experience rotations in all of our businesses across the United States - Put academic knowledge into real-world settings within a competitive company Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, in Accounting or Finance, or a Masters of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university - Anticipated Graduation Date should be December 2026 and ready to start full-time work between Jan 2027-August 2027 - Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S - Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program - Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position - Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements - Minimum 3.0 GPA - Leadership role in campus and/or volunteer activities - Good communication/presence - Takes initiative - Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment - Good time management / organization / ability to multi-task - Strong PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: - 3.5 GPA - Tableau & SAP skills - Data analytics certificate/classes Required Skills: Accounting, Finance Important Skills: Excel, PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Data analytics, Tableau, SAP, Multi-tasking Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Housing provided if you will be relocating for the summer, Relocation benefits and short-term housing if they are 50 miles or more from their assigned work location
