Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Electronics/Electrical Engineer with an academic background in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent eng. background) and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Non-Conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes.
Experience in structured and international industrial environments is highly valued.
