companyDescription We are looking for a temporary, part‑time Auditor to support our care team with quality and compliance checks. Hours: 15 hours per week, worked over 3 days jobDescription The role will involve using our digital Care Management platform to: Read and review care notes Run and review reports Use AI Care Copilot to identify patterns, errors, and potential areas of concern Review MAR charts to check whether medication has been taken appropriately and highlight any concerns qualifications This role is ideal for someone who: Has a high level of attention to detail Is confident using computer systems and digital platforms Is comfortable reviewing written records and data Can work independently and handle confidential information appropriately additionalInformation Home Instead Norwich provides award winning, high-quality home-care for older people.
