Part-Time Mobile Dental Assistant

Community-Based Care in the Tampa Bay Area

Flexible Monday - Saturday 9 am - 3pm - Initially 1 -2 Days / week (Flexible)

Mobile Locations within 1 Hour Drive Max or additional travel pay will be negotiated

Compensation: - $17-$25 per hour depending upon experience.

Per Day - $20 Travel reimbursement

Patients: 2-7 per day

Ideal Candidate: Valid Florida Drivers license

Your Role:

As a Mobile Dental Assistant with Home Dental to You, you will play a key role in helping to provide both preventative and restorative dental care to patients in non-traditional settings such as homes, community centers, and assisted living facilities. You will work independently under the teledentistry supervision of a dentist, ensuring patients receive high-quality, professional care. You will assist Dentists and Registered Dental Hygienists in providing dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring all equipment, materials and supplies needed are brought to each project.
• Load, Set up, disinfect equipment and break down (25-50 lbs)
• Coordinating with onsite staff of patients.
• Ensuring Wifi connection onsite for computer (training provided)
• Make sure equipment, computer, x-ray camera and Intra-oral camera are functioning and ready.
• Assist with X-Rays, Intra-oral pictures, extractions and fillings.
• Entering data such as treatments and patient information into mobile dental software (training provided)
• Responsible for maintaining a mobile dental cart with supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper patient documentation and compliance with state dental regulations.
