Job Title: Senior Executive / Specialist
Collections

Department: Collections
/ After Sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with developers for outstanding payments

and collections.
• Maintain collection reports, projections, and

payment records.
• Coordinate with developers for invoice

confirmations and resolve invoice-related issues.
• Track and manage invoice rejections and ensure

timely resolution.
• Maintain TAT masters, SPOC details, and other

process-related records.
• Reconcile developer ledgers and resolve settlement

discrepancies.
• Follow up for payment advices and on-account

settlements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers for

source conflict resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports, status updates, and escalation

summaries for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

developers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and

timely communication.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts

Receivable, and Billing.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

and manage escalations.
• Experience in Banking and Insurance industry will

be preferred.
