Job Description
Summary: Holt Law is a premier boutique health law firm serving practitioners and businesses in Minnesota, California, and across the United States. They are looking for an experienced Account Executive with an active law license to leverage their legal expertise in driving client growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage legal expertise to build trust and close new engagements
- Drive growth while capitalizing on legal credentials
- Be the face of the firm for new clients
Required Qualifications:
- Sales Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales with a history of hitting performance quotas
- Legal Credentials: Hold a J.D. and an active license to practice law in a US state
- Legal Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience previously practicing law
- CRM Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of daily professional experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for pipeline management
- Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare law into actionable value propositions for prospective clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific Licensure: Active license to practice law in Minnesota or California
- Geography: Physical residence near San Diego, CA or the Twin Cities, MN
- AI Literacy: Experience using AI and comfort with prompting for AI-assisted tasks
- Marketing: Interest in contributing to firm content creation, including video and thought leadership
Required Skills: Active law license, J.D. degree, Legal practice experience, Sales experience, HubSpot CRM, Healthcare law communication
