The role involves providing financial analysis and decision support to the Diagnostics division, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting to aid management teams in making informed financial decisions. Responsibilities: - Collaboration: Work with business partners to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts - Trend Analysis: Analyze current and historical trends for key performance measurements, identify opportunities for financial improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations - Business Systems: Apply knowledge of business systems and processes and leverage best practices when working with business partners to solve business issues - Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reporting packages, including standard reports and variance commentary - Presentations: Lead and support executive-level presentations and reports, including significant exposure to and engagement with VP-level business partners.
