Weekend Overnight Shift Supervisor (Non-Union Management)
Job Description

Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight of Healthcare Environmental Cleaning services and serves as the on-site management representative during assigned shifts.

Wage: $31/hour

Hours: 16 hours per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS personnel and assign daily work.
  • Conduct shift briefings and staffing coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, infection prevention standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee routine, discharge, terminal, and emergency cleaning activities.
  • Respond to customer requests and operational issues.
  • Support emergency operations and contingency response.
  • Conduct inspections and corrective actions.
  • Maintain reports, attendance records, and training documentation.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises custodians, floor technicians, leads, and special project teams.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Three years healthcare EVS experience and two years supervisory experience preferred.

Management Status

This position is a non-union management role excluded from the bargaining unit and authorized to direct work, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel actions.
