Construction Management Intern - Summer 2026 at HNTB in Bellevue, WA

Summary: HNTB Corporation is seeking a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2026 in their Bellevue, WA office. The role involves assisting with construction office support tasks, attending meetings, observing on-site material testing, and conducting research and data collection. Responsibilities: - Assists with construction office support tasks including but not limited to: taking of meeting minutes, assisting in processing of tracking logs, and other department deliverables - Attends and observes meetings with both internal and external teams of a project - Observes on-site material testing. May assist with basic shop drawing review and help ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications - Conducts basic research and data collection - Reads construction drawings and materials and provides feedback as requested - Assists on portions of special projects as directed Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program Preferred Qualifications: - Completion of at least two years of post-secondary education in Construction Services, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field - Demonstrated interest in transportation infrastructure and pursuing a career in construction management - Familiarity with Bluebeam, with prior hands-on experience Required Skills: Construction Services, Construction Drawings, Material Testing, Shop Drawing Review, Bluebeam, Data Collection Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
