Role & responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Support Bulk Hiring for BPO & Non-IT clients

Preferred candidate profile
• Laptop is Mandatory
• Work From Home (WFH)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Good communication in Hindi & English
• Freshers & Final-Year Students Can Apply
• Basic knowledge of Recruitment/HR is a plus
