Senior Technical Product Manager – FinTech

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience in FinTech, lending, digital banking and core banking solutions to manage product strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product roadmap, development and delivery.

Lead FinTech, lending and digital banking products.

Work with Core Banking systems, preferably Apache Fineract.

Manage API, webhook and system integrations.

Collaborate with engineering, business, compliance and operations teams.

Support AI-enabled credit underwriting and digital financial solutions.

Ensure products meet regulatory and business requirements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management / FinTech / Banking Technology.

Experience with lending or core banking products.

Knowledge of APIs, webhooks and software integrations.

Strong technical and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with regulated financial products is preferred.

Pay: ₦700,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
