About Our Client

Our client is a leading blockchain infrastructure company powering the next generation of financial applications, serving everyone from solo developers building their first protocol to major financial institutions moving money onchain at scale. Their platform delivers industry-leading RPC performance, real-time data APIs, and a full agentic payment stack across 100+ chains. Recognized as one of the most important companies in crypto, they're positioning themselves as the foundational financial rails for the AI-native economy, where agents transact, developers ship, and institutions move money onchain.

About the Role

We're looking for a Personal Executive Assistant to support the founder across a wide range of personal, household, and logistical tasks. This is a high-trust, always-on role for someone who is genuinely smart, moves fast, thinks critically, and takes full ownership of whatever lands in front of them.

The work varies day to day and the pace is real. You'll manage household needs, plan events, source vendors, send gifts, and solve complex personal logistics that require judgment and initiative rather than just execution. If you're a sharp, resourceful generalist who responds instantly and takes pride in solving problems completely rather than partially, this role is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Handle household needs end to end, including researching, sourcing, and coordinating vendors, service providers, and contractors
• Hire and manage household staff such as private chefs, cleaners, and other service providers
• Coordinate home logistics, maintenance, and recurring household needs proactively
• Plan and execute personal events, including dinners, gatherings, and special occasions, from concept through execution
• Source and send thoughtful gifts for friends, family, and professional contacts
• Manage personal calendars and commitments so the founder is never caught off guard by an upcoming obligation
• Take complex, open-ended tasks (travel research, reservations, personal shopping, and more) and work through them independently from start to finish
• Use AI tools to research, plan, and execute tasks, anticipating needs and surfacing solutions proactively
• Respond instantly during core hours and promptly outside them, keeping the founder informed on open tasks without being asked

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely smart, with strong critical thinking and the ability to work through complex, ambiguous tasks independently
• Extremely responsive, treating fast reply times as a baseline rather than an exception
• Comfortable with a variable, unpredictable workload where priorities shift and new tasks arrive without notice
• Proficient with AI tools, using them naturally to research, plan, and solve problems
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and clear style
• Highly organized with strong follow-through on every open task without needing reminders
• Discreet and trustworthy with personal and sensitive information

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a personal assistant, chief of staff, or executive assistant supporting a high-profile founder or executive
• Experience managing household vendors, private staff, or complex personal logistics
• Background coordinating events, gifting programs, or personal travel
• Familiarity with the technology or startup ecosystem

Work Schedule

• 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
• This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
• Core hours are 8 AM to 6 PM US Pacific Time, with genuine availability expected outside those hours when needed

Compensation & Time Off

• Compensation paid in USD
• Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
• Paid Time Off according to company policy
• Holidays observed according to company guidelines

Application Requirements

Please submit:

• An updated resume
• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, describing your experience supporting a principal across personal and logistical tasks, and walking through one complex or ambiguous task you owned end to end and how you worked through it

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
