• You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
• Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
• Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
• 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
• Clear performance targets with direct visibility into your contribution to revenue
• Fast feedback loops and a team that rewards activity and results

• Book discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
• Track all outreach activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other touchpoints as needed

CRM and Reporting

• Maintain clean and up-to-date records in the CRM after every interaction
• Track your own performance metrics including calls made, connect rates, and meetings booked
• Flag patterns, objections, and insights that can improve outreach strategy

What You Bring

• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or a high-volume phone-based sales role
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence with strong spoken English
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing energy or focus
• Self-motivated and able to hit daily activity targets without close oversight
• Organized and consistent with CRM data entry and follow-up discipline
• Available to work during U.S. business hours on a full-time basis

Nice to Have

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Background in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or prospects in a remote capacity

How to Apply

Please include:

1. Your updated resume
2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and doing a brief cold call roleplay, either pitching yourself for this role or demonstrating how you would open a cold call to a prospective client

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are hungry, resilient, and get satisfaction from turning a cold call into a booked meeting, this role gives you the structure, the targets, and the autonomy to build a real sales track record.
