Job Summary: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out, making reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
