Job Summary: Here at Hilton East Tucson, we are seeking a skilled and reliable AM Cook to join our kitchen team. The AM Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to set recipes and standards. • Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Food handler's permit or certification Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
• Assist with food inventory management and ordering
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Comply with health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Help with the development of new menu items as needed
