Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an AV Technician, you’re not just providing comprehensive AV support – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
• Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in meeting spaces.
• Provide end-user training: Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment and flag any issues requiring further attention
