IT Operations Intern at Hillspire in Menlo Park, CA

Summary: Hillspire is seeking four motivated and detail-oriented summer IT Interns to join their team and gain hands-on experience in IT operations, information security, and business operations. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with IT and business teams, contribute to critical projects, and learn from seasoned professionals in the field. Responsibilities: - Assist in daily IT operations and end user support, including onboarding - Support the development of automated reporting tools and dashboards - Contribute to creating and maintaining IT business process documentation - Support IT inventory management - Assist with IT training sessions - AV setup support - Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks - Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders - Other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and information security principles - Strong organizational and writing abilities - Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a dynamic environment Important Skills: Google Drive Expertise, Excel Skills, IT systems understanding Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration Skills
