Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows platforms.
  
• Troubleshoot common software applications such as Outlook configuration and printer setup.
  
• Perform hardware replacement or repair of faulty components when necessary.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
