• Manage and optimize campaigns throughout the digital marketing funnel, from initial click through lead, application and conversion.
• Monitor lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and other key performance metrics.

• Make changes to landing pages. Test headlines, forms, CTAs, layouts and flow.
• Develop and manage A/B and split testing of website pages, messaging, forms, calls-to-action and other elements.

• Use Google Analytics/GA4, advertising platforms and other tools to measure ad campaign performance and track conversion from leads to applications and funded loans across the full marketing funnel.
• Build and maintain reporting on key digital marketing KPIs, including spend, cost per lead, lead quality, applications and funded-loan conversion rates.
• Track and analyze conversions and use the data to recommend actions that improve performance.

• Proven experience generating and improving the quality of digital leads.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM/paid search, including Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta/social media advertising and key word strategy.
• Experience with analyzing, improving and fixing landing pages to increase conversions.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization.
• Highly metrics-driven with the ability to understand data and improve performance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and take ownership from strategy through execution.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage, lending or another regulated industry

We're looking for someone who doesn’t need a team underneath you to get things done. You enjoy digging into the numbers, figuring out what is working, testing new ideas and continually improving performance.

If you see a campaign that isn't performing, you don't simply report the numbers. You want to understand why, determine what can be changed and test a better approach.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own digital lead generation and make a measurable impact on the business.
