Job Description
Summary: Higher Logic exists to connect people, knowledge, and ideas to improve lives and organizations. The AI & Community Strategy Intern will support strategic initiatives at the intersection of customer insight, artificial intelligence, and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer conversations, feedback channels, and executive discussions to identify recurring themes and insights
- Synthesize customer input into structured summaries and actionable recommendations
- Participate in customer meetings, including executive-level conversations, and assist with preparation and follow-up documentation
- Support the identification and prioritization of feature requests and product opportunities
- Assist in mapping customer requests to existing capabilities and potential enhancements
- Collaborate on the development and prototyping of AI-powered tools to improve insight generation and feature adoption tracking
- Contribute to analysis of engagement, adoption, and usage patterns across customer accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS platforms, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional setting
- Ability to work 20 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience experimenting with AI tools, automation workflows, or data analysis tools is a plus
