Job Description
Summary: HIFI is a company focused on making money programmable by default to meet the needs of modern customers. They are seeking a Sales Associate as part of their New Grad Program, where the role involves prospecting new leads, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with Account Executives to advance deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads across target verticals — fintech, payments, Web3, and enterprise — through research-driven outbound outreach
- Reach potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalizing every touchpoint based on account research
- Partner with Account Executives in discovery calls, demos, and proposal preparation to move deals forward
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting — if it's not in the system, it doesn't exist
- Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to GTM and product teams to sharpen our approach
Required Qualifications:
- Currently completing (expected graduation June 2026) or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Genuine hunger to build a career in sales — not just looking for a first job
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and on the phone — you can make a point without wasting anyone's time
- Resilient and competitive — you handle rejection without losing momentum or lowering your standard
- Highly organized with strong follow-through — in sales, details and timing are everything
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship, part-time, or campus experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Interest in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure — you've read about the space on your own
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- You've sold something — anything — and you can tell us what you learned from it
