What You'll Do
• Counsel prospective learners on online UG & PG degree programs.
• Connect with leads through calls, emails, chats, demos, and follow-ups.
• Understand candidates' educational and career aspirations and recommend the right programs.
• Manage the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Effectively use CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.

What We're Looking For
• 15 years of experience in B2C sales (EdTech experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer operations.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
