Our team focuses on meeting patients where they are, providing care coordination, home health care, and hospice services. Role Overview
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and coordinating services across departments. Your work directly supports our patients and contributes to their positive experience at Henry Ford OptimEyes.

What You Will Do
- Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve patient inquiries concerning merchandise, services, and billing in person or over the phone.
- Complete and record sales transactions accurately in the HFO Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Work closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patients' services.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Ability to demonstrate effective organization skills, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage daily activities.
- Completion of all training courses as directed by Henry Ford OptimEyes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous optical experience.
