Role Overview
As a front desk clerk, you'll work in a customer service capacity, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, from greeting patients to managing appointments and insurance authorizations. You'll directly support patients, visitors, and healthcare teams, contributing to a positive and efficient care experience.

What You Will Do
- Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
- Verify and enter demographic information and obtain insurance authorizations/precertification.
- Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
- Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
- Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
- Provide general office and clerical support to your assigned area.
