What you´ll do
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to
ensure production schedules and customer requirements are achieved.
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all
operations follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality
standards.
Monitor production line performance, troubleshoot
operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and
efficiency.
Train and support team members on work processes,
safety procedures, quality requirements, and best practices.
Verify product quality, labeling accuracy, and
compliance with customer requirements.
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning,
and Production teams while maintaining accurate production records and
supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience leading or coordinating employees in a
manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and
continuous improvement.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, communicate
priorities effectively, and keep operations running smoothly in a
fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing Execution
Systems (MES), Smart Factory tools, or similar production systems.
Comfortable using computers, maintaining production
documentation, and working with inventory and reporting systems.

The hourly pay
range for this role is $45.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum
and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this
position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,
and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,
and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may
be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of
compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a
comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will
depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
